The Inspiration Point classical opera program has been enjoyed since 1950 and is known as a demanding training ground for singers wishing an operatic career. Noted for its quality, performances are offered, from the 3rd week in June through the 3rd week in July, in a sheltered outdoor theatre overlooking the Ozarks. Thorncrown Chapel

Thorncrown Chapel

Created by world-renowned Arkansas architect E. Fay Jones, an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright, the design of the 48' tall glass chapel was voted 4th on the AIA's list of Top 10 Designs of the 20th Century! It has 425 windows, more than 6,000 square feet of glass, and an overhead skylight running the length of the roof ridge. The non-denominational chapel imparts an immediate sense of peace. The chapel is available for daily visitation, weddings, and retreats.
